Cookies & Browser Storage
Browser storage used by the RigLodge LLC inquiry website and community directory.
Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.1
Storage supports form security, sign-in, and safe retries. Our websites do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Form-security cookies
These first-party cookies are not advertising identifiers. Blocking them may stop forms working. They do not hold your equipment description or readable account password.
- riglodge_session: a signed main-website security cookie protecting forms from cross-site submissions. Normally up to 8 hours; site use can renew it.
- riglodge_directory_csrf: the directory's signed form-security cookie. Normally up to 30 days, renewable through use; separate from account authentication.
Directory sign-in
riglodge_directory_auth contains a random session credential. Without Remember me, it is a browser-session cookie with a server lifetime up to 12 hours. Remember me extends it to 30 days. Browser session restoration can preserve cookies; use Sign out on shared devices. Revocation, password changes, or account deletion may end sessions sooner.
Cloudflare Turnstile security checks
Turnstile loads when you make a protected submission, rather than for ordinary browsing or search filters. Its browser check supplies security signals to Cloudflare and returns a short-lived token for validation by our server. Our configuration does not use Turnstile pre-clearance or request a cf_clearance cookie. This security check is separate from our first-party form and login cookies and is not used for advertising.
Blocking Cloudflare scripts can prevent protected actions. If you cannot submit a privacy request, email hi@riglodge.ai instead. Cloudflare explains its security-signal processing in the notices below.
Temporary retry storage
The main website's tab-scoped session storage recognizes retries after connection problems. It contains a random submission identifier, timestamp, and payload hash, not raw form text or sign-in credentials. Entries expire after 24 hours and are cleared after confirmed submission. Clearing storage removes retry continuity.
Maps and browser signals
Map tiles and attribution assets are requested from MapTiler, which receives connection information here and may receive similar requests from maps on other websites. This is separate from our first-party cookies. Its policy describes provider records; we do not authorize map-based advertising tracking. City lookup passes search text to MapTiler through our server.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Global Privacy Control is consistent with that practice. Do Not Track does not disable necessary security, requested sign-in, or maps. See the Privacy Policy's California section.
Your controls
Browser settings can block or clear cookies and site storage. Some features will then require sign-in again or stop working. The directory and inquiry website use separate sessions. This version has no optional advertising or analytics cookies; we will provide any required choices before introducing them.
